FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: mineral deposits raw material dry-cleaning process includes four stages. At the first stage, feedstock with the size of fraction not exceeding 300 mm is crushed to particles of lesser than 25 mm in size. Then, particles not exceeding 10 mm in size are separated by particle sifting, and the rest of raw material is divided depending on its density into particles of mining waste, pieces of relevant mineral deposit intergrown with rock. At the second stage, pieces of relevant mineral deposit intergrown with rock are crushed to particles not exceeding 10 mm in size. These particles together with the raw material separated by sifting during the first stage are sifted to separate particles not exceeding 5 mm in size. The rest of raw material is divided, depending on its density, into particles of mining waste, particles of relevant mineral deposit and pieces of relevant mineral deposit intergrown with rock. At the third stage, pieces of relevant mineral deposit intergrown with rock are crushed to the particles size not exceeding 5 mm in size. These particles together with the raw material separated by sifting during the second stage are sifted to separate particles not exceeding 1 mm in size. The rest of raw material is divided depending on its density into particles of mining waste, particles of relevant mineral deposit and pieces of relevant mineral deposit intergrown with rock. At the fourth stage, pieces of relevant mineral deposit intergrown with rock are crushed to the particles not exceeding 1 mm in size. These particles together with the raw material separated by sifting at the third stage are divided depending on their density into mining waste and relevant mineral deposit.
EFFECT: higher ratio of recovery of commercial elements from intergrowths.
