SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with reconstruction of perineum in women with rectocele-accompanied genital prolapse. One should dissect a triangular fragment out of posterior vaginal wall, apply crimping sutures onto anterior wall of rectum, bring together levators due to applying necessary sutures. Moreover, by the first variant it is important to apply titanium fixators behind the levators from each side with the help of a conductor, each of the fixators is connected with ligature. Fixators should be fixed in anorectal fiber behind the levators. Then on should apply crimping sutures with free ends of ligatures which should be then bound together. By another variant, one should apply crimping sutures onto rectum, distal ends of ligatures should be applied through pelviorectal fiber behind the levators from both sides behind the rectum, withdraw ligatures through point symmetrical incisions onto the skin in area of coccygeal-rectal ligament. Ligature from one side should be applied subcutaneously towards the area of another ligature exit. Then ligatures should be bound together. The innovation provides prophylaxis of rectocele relapse due to reliable fixation of anterior rectal wall.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
