SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to operative urogynaecology. A posterior vaginal commissure is dissected in a transverse direction with length of 3 cm. Further, the edges of the separation of the recto-vaginal fascia from the tendon centre of the perineum, the transverse and bulbocavernous muscles adjacent to the perineal body, and the hernial sac are mobilized. Immersed purse-string suture with monofilament long-absorbable suture 2-0 is applied on right and left parts of transverse perineal and bulb-cavernous muscles and on mobilized fragments of recto-vaginal fascia with digital rectal control. Additionally, 2 inverted sutures are applied on transverse and bulbo-cavernous muscles with long-term absorbable ligatures 2-0. Additionally, superficial pelvic muscles are reapproximated with continuous “ПГА” suture 2-0, defect of mucous posterior wall of vagina is closed with absorbable “ПГА” suture 3-0.

EFFECT: method enables restoring the anatomy of the pelvic floor and adequate defecation, as well as improving the quality of life, including sexual life, in women.
