FIELD: transport engineering; safety systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to safety systems employing inflatable envelopes and designed for saving vehicles in emergency situations. Proposed combination gas source contains sealed reservoir with compressed gas, mechanism to set sealed reservoir into action, pyrotechnic gas generator, device for starting pyrotechnic gas generator, gas outlet channel, wire and wireless input signal receiver with supply microsource, valve to discharge excess gas, chemical gas reactor of portion supply make and device for starting chemical gas reactor, all arranged in housing. Pyrotechnic gas generator is made in form of pyrotechnic battery, and mechanism to set sealed reservoir with compressed gas into action includes reservoir opener and gas flow interrupter.
EFFECT: provision of quick action, reliability and accuracy of control of gas flow filling flexible envelopes depending on parameters of ambient medium and object to be rescued, preservation of flexible envelopes at simultaneous action of gas flow and ambient medium.
