FIELD: hydrometallurgy; methods of extraction of precious metals.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the method of extraction of precious metals from ore, concentrates, spoils and tailings, which includes the two-stage hydrometallurgical treatment: at the first stage the comminuted material mix with a solution of an inorganic acid and subject to a mechanical stirring. Then the solution is poured out, and at the second stage the material containing precious metals is mixed with a solution of an inorganic acid and a mixture of reactants containing an oxidizing agent and a complexation agent - thiocarbamide and is subjected to a mechanical stirring with a transfer of the precious metals into the solution, and extract the precious metals from the solution. Hydrometallurgical treatment is conducted at rotation of the container with a rate of 1-20 rpm around the axis having a deflection angle in respect to the vertical. At the first stage conduct interfusion of the comminuted material in the solution of sulfuric acid mixed with iron salts (III). At the second stage conduct interfusion of the material containing precious metals with the solution of sulfuric acid containing in the capacity of an oxidizing agent an active chlorine formed as a result of interaction of manganese dioxide with chloride-ions in the acid medium, and ions of cobalt (III) at keeping the concentration of thiocarbamide solution equal to 40-100 g/dm3. The technical result of the invention is a more complete extraction of precious metals.
EFFECT: the invention ensures a more complete extraction of precious metals.
