FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hydrometallurgical extraction of nonferrous, rare and noble metals from mineral raw material containing metal sulphides, mainly from concentrates and industrial products of dressing, rich ores, specifically to leaching metals from sulphide mineral material. Mineral raw material containing metal sulphides is mechanically activated. Dissolved metal sulphides contained in crushed mineral raw material in vats while stirring in aqueous solution of sulfuric acid, containing trivalent iron ions. Oxidising agent is continuously supplied for dissolution in form of water solution of hydrogen peroxide with concentration of 5÷30% and ozone-oxygen gas mixture with ozone concentration in mixture of 16÷240 mg/dm3. At that, ratio of ozone consumption to hydrogen peroxide consumption is 1:0.6÷0.9. Thereafter, metals are extracted from the obtained solution.
EFFECT: invention reduces consumption of oxidants for dissolving metal sulphides contained in mineral raw material, reduces duration of dissolving sulphides with high rate of oxidation of metal sulphides.
