FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method includes heat treatment of industrial product with ammonium chloride followed by isolation of non-ferrous, rare, platinum and noble metals. In addition, the natural mineral pyrolusite is additionally introduced into the charge. The heat treatment for reducing loss of metals with sublimates is carried out at temperature not higher than 320°C for 30-180 min followed by hydrochloric acid leaching and isolation of metals from solution.
EFFECT: reduced losses of extracted metals.
