FIELD: heating apartments and offices, warming up work products for some processes.
SUBSTANCE: proposed hydromechanical heat generator designed to convert rotary motion of motor into heating energy of working liquid has cylindrical case with inlet and outlet pipes, shaft mounted in bearings along case axis that carries rigidly fixed disks, and motor coupled with generator shaft; geometric center of each disk is on cylindrical case axis to provide for annular clearance between outer surface of rim of each running disk and inner wall of cylindrical case. In addition, generator has disk-type unloading assembly in the form of shaft-mounted additional disk; bearing installed on inlet pipe end in end plate provided with axially oriented bean-shaped holes is made of carbon plastic; through holes in the form of Laval nozzles are made on periphery of each running disk whose inlet is disposed on inlet pipe and outlet, on cylindrical-case wall inner wall end; inlet pipe communicates with working liquid of disk-type unloading assembly by means of bypass pipeline; outlet pipe communicates with working cavity of disk-type unloading assembly through pipe provided with throttle.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of mechanical-energy-to-heat conversion.
