FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, seed sowing and fertilizer applying equipment.

SUBSTANCE: drill has drum rotating on immovable hollow shaft and provided with sowing seed guides, with seeds being internally charged into seed guides from hopper. Drum cavity is divided into central chamber and small peripheral chambers arranged along internal perimeter of drum. Each of small chambers has slit-shaped funnel and is connected to seeding chamber equipped with restricting shutter for single feeding of seeds, said shutter having gap regulator for feeding of seeds having different sizes. Shield disposed in said chamber is adapted for timely sowing of seeds and provided with shield inclination regulator. Sowing seed guides consist of plates and are rigidly fixed on outer surface of drum. Drill may be operated with the use of low-power mechanisms and also by agricultural labor force.

EFFECT: provision for single sowing of seeds of any size and applying fertilizers with predetermined parameters in horizontal and vertical planes into plowed or unused field, as well as into virgin soils.
