FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves separating and excising pterygium body and head and cleaning corneal epithelium. Donor conjunctiva tissue is excised from the inferoexterior zone of conjunctival vault 2 mm below the limb. The produced transplant is arranged on sclera at the place the pterygium body is excised and attached to the conjunctiva.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment.
