FIELD: oil producing industry; devices for deposition of the anti-scratching coatings on the threaded sections of the pipes of the oil pipe grades.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the equipment, in particular, to the installation for deposition of the anti-scratching coatings on the threaded sections of the pipes and may be used in the finishing operations at manufacture or reconditioning of pipes of the oil pipe grades. The technical result is an increased productivity due to exclusion from the production cycle of operations of the pipes relocation and a decrease of a specific materials content required for the equipment. A roller conveyer, a clamping-revolving device, a chamber of cleanout and a chamber of a coating spraying are located in succession along a single axial line of the installation. In the rear wall of the first chamber there is an opening for a pipe passing supplied with a flap valve 0, on which there is a stop- centralizer mounted with a possibility of rotation. The threaded section of a pipe is in succession treated in the chambers and then transferred onto the roller conveyer for transportation to the other operations. The installation can have an additional roller conveyer placed behind the chamber of spraying. In the rear wall of the chamber of spraying there may be an opening for the pipes passing supplied with a flap valve, on which there is a stop- centralizer installed, that enables transfer of the pipes after operation of spraying onto the additional roller conveyer. It in addition ensures reduction of duration of the cycle due to exclusion of a reverse of the longitudinal relocation of the pipes.

EFFECT: the invention ensures an increased productivity due to exclusion from the production cycle of operations of the pipes relocation and decreased specific materials content required for the equipment.
