FIELD: deep boring technology.
SUBSTANCE: device has body with inserts mounted in it, localizer, wedges with carriers, with upper and lower grooves for guiding bars. Also provided are holder of leading pipe, under-rotor ring, hoisting lever, force cylinder with upper cover. Wedge carriers and guiding bars in upper portion are made in one plane, which is perpendicular to axis of boring column. Upper hollow of force cylinder is connected to air tank by broad through channel, which tank is placed on upper cover of force cylinder. Piston of force cylinder is provided with set of no less than two collars compacting upper hollow of force cylinder. Foot control crane is made with pedal stops and a pedal, above which axis of its rolling through turning lever with a bracket and jointed finger is connected to rod hollow on two sides and oppositely directed air distributors mounted on it on two sides, with end compactors, has spring-loaded valves and air-supplying covers, and three-position pedal lock. When pipe string is maximally lowered into wedges carriers and guiding bars, in upper hollow of force cylinder and air tank maximum pressure should not surpass double pressure relatively to pressure when wedges are raised. Collars compacting upper hollow of force cylinder are separated by holding ring with minimal space relatively to inner diameter of force cylinder in upper portion of holding ring, preventing collar from being pushed into the space. Distance between upper portion of carriers and guiding bars and body upper portion when wedges are stopped against pipe column, which is slanted within through aperture of localizer - when enlargement of cross-section is excluded - matches safety margin of guiding bars for bending. Three-position control crane lock is made with spring-loaded end in apertures with slanting side walls, placed in side wall of pedal, and matching to pedal mounting onto under-pedal stops and to horizontal position of pedal. As a result, accident-free pressing by pipe column through pipe hoisting means onto jointed assemblies of wedges bracket - for lowering height of threaded socket of pipe column above the rotor, higher comfort of working on rotor, prevented bending by automatic boring tool of cantilever end of pipe column held by wedges are provided for.
EFFECT: lower wear, prevented accidents with jointed assemblies of wedges, guiding bars, which can lead to accidents, reliable pipe holding during raising-lowering operations.
