FIELD: wind-power engineering: segmental wind-driven electric generators.
SUBSTANCE: proposed segmental rotor has hub, blades, rim, and magnetic circuits made in the form of circuit set up of ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic plates joined together by means of shafts; circuit is disposed on rim and is provided with tensioning device.
EFFECT: reduced mass and size, minimized cost, facilitated manufacture.
