FIELD: wind-power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: magnetic circuits of wind-driven electric generator rotor are made in the form of ferromagnetic bodies joined together by means of bolts and U-shaped nonmagnetic clamps and are installed on arc-shaped members.
EFFECT: reduced mass, size, and cost of rotor due to its facilitated manufacture.
