FIELD: wind power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in segment-type wind electric generators. Proposed rotor of wind electric generator contains hub, blades, arc-shaped members and magnetic circuit. According to invention, magnetic circuit of rotor is made in from of ferromagnetic parallelepipeds alternating with nonmagnetic prisms whose bases are made in from of isosceles trapeziums and side face are provided with hole for fastening members.
EFFECT: reduced mass and overall dimensions of rotor of wind electric generator and cost reduced to minimum owing to simplified technology of manufacture.
