FIELD: stationary freezing devices, for instance for food product freezing.
SUBSTANCE: method involves rapidly reducing temperature of ambient air surrounding product to be frozen up to -30...-100°C and applying unidirectional magnetic field thereto. The product is subjected to air flow having 1-5 m/s velocity. Sound wave of audible spectrum is applied to air flow. Electric field may be applied to product to be frozen. Quick-freezing plant comprises freezer, which reduces temperature up to -30...-100°C, pulsating magnetic field generator, fan for cold air circulation inside the freezer and sound wave generator. The plant also has electric field generator to apply electric field with 100-1000kV/m density to central freezer part. Pulsating magnetic field generator includes constant magnets to provide static magnetic field application to central freezer part and electromagnetic coils, wherein the static magnetic field has density equal to predetermined reference value. Electromagnetic coils apply pulsed electromagnetic field, which changes within the predetermined range in relation to magnetic field applied to central freezer part.
EFFECT: increased efficiency.
