SUBSTANCE: spatial potential generator configured with the possibility of generating an AC electric field consists of an electrode part, to which primary AC voltage is applied; and a voltage application device that applies primary AC voltage to the electrode part to generate the AC electric field around an electronic part, while the voltage application device is equipped with: a transformer that includes a primary coil, to which secondary AC voltage is applied from an AC source, and a secondary coil magnetically connected to the primary coil; a feedback control circuit that feeds one terminal of the secondary coil back to one terminal of the primary coil to regulate the voltage of the secondary coil; an output control unit that is connected to another terminal of the secondary coil to transmit low-frequency vibration to an output of the secondary coil; and a voltage control unit that regulates a voltage value of primary AC voltage by switching the voltage value of tertiary AC voltage input from the AC power source from a set of voltage values and applying tertiary AC voltage having the switched voltage value to the primary coil as secondary AC voltage. The voltage control unit includes a resistance element and a switching element, while the resistance element is provided between a terminal of the primary coil and the AC power source, and an electrode part is connected to another terminal of the secondary coil through the output control unit. A freshness preservation device, consisting of a spatial potential generator and a space for preserving freshness, is prepared to preserve the freshness of perishable products, wherein an electrode part is provided in the space for preserving freshness, and an AC electric field is generated in the space for preserving freshness to preserve the freshness of perishable products located in the space for preserving freshness, in which the AC electric field is generated. A frying device consists of a spatial potential generator and an oil tank, in which oil is stored; wherein an electrode part is provided in the oil tank; and an AC electric field is generated. A device for processing water with currents consists of a spatial potential generator and a water tank, which is prepared for storing water, in which there is an electrode plate provided in the water tank, and an AC electric field is generated in the water tank to process water stored in the water tank with currents. A cultivation device consists of a spatial potential generator and a water tank that is prepared for storing water, in which there is an electrode plate provided in the water tank, and an AC electric field is generated in the water tank to cultivate aquatic organisms in the water tank, in which an AC electric field is generated. A drying device consists of a spatial potential generator and a drying cabinet, which is prepared for drying an object to be dried, in which there is an electrode part provided in the drying cabinet, and an AC electric field is generated in the drying cabinet for drying the object to be dried in the drying cabinet, in which an AC electric field is generated.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a processing device capable of reducing the cost of commissioning and the cost of operating a freshness preservation device, a frying device and other various processing devices equipped with a spatial potential generator capable of further increasing the influence of an AC electric field that affects the operation of processing devices or the capability of controlling the target space.
