SUBSTANCE: it is used at manufacturing of deformation manometers, in which an elastic element sensitive to the pressure of the environment is Burdon's tubular spring. The essence is in that the coordinates of the center of the opening of the flat lug of the ferrule of the tubular spring and the length of the control-rod connecting with the aid of the hinges the ferrule of the tubular spring with the shank of the toothed sector are defined by averaging-out of these parameters for preliminary adjusted manometers of the given type, for which an individual selection of the coordinates of the centers of the openings for the named hinges was made and install them constantly for anew manufactured manometers. The definition of the coordinates of the center of the opening in the shank of the toothed sector of each new manufactured manometer is executed according to calculations on the basis of the measured meaning of the motion of the center of the opening in the flat lug of the ferrule.

EFFECT: simplification of manufacturing of manometers.
