FIELD: engineering of thermo-luminescent dosimetric complexes, useable for registration of roentgen, gamma and electronic emissions.
SUBSTANCE: as thermo-luminescent detector in complex thermo-luminescent detector is utilized, made in form of crystalline fiber on basis of phosphoric fluoride, oxide or sulfide materials, with light-reflective cover along whole length of fiber, one end of which is equipped with mirror reflector, and another one has mating assembly, through which light sum illuminated by fiber thermo-luminescent detector enters fiber-optic communication channel, connected to photo-detector and block for control and signals processing. Heater is made in form of case of metallic foil, tightly enveloping fiber thermo-luminescent detector.
EFFECT: increased specific (for a unit of mass or volume) sensitivity of detector due to realization of light accumulation in full body angle close to 4π, and creation of condition for remote positioning of photo-detector, for which protective light filters and micro-coolers, utilized in known dosimetric complexes, are not required, possible operation within fields of ionizing emissions of increased intensiveness and in mixed emission fields.
