FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves acting with electromagnetic field upon hair from the end face side. Light intensity emitted by the hair from hair the end faces is measured per unit of total hair cross-section area (I1). Then, lateral hair surface is treated with electric field or electromagnetic field. Light intensity emitted by the hair from hair the end faces is repeatedly measured per unit of total hair cross-section area (I2). I2-I1 is calculated. The I2-I1 value is interpreted in terms of hair condition.
EFFECT: higher irradiated hair emission intensity.
