FIELD: gas-discharge electro-measuring equipment engineering, possible use for receiving objective data when performing bio-location.

SUBSTANCE: device for measuring strength of electromagnetic radiation field contains gas-discharge chamber, formed between electrodes, separated by dielectric, while one of aforementioned electrodes is made cylinder-shaped, and another one is made in form of disk, vertical symmetry axis of cylinder-shaped electrode is perpendicular to disk plane, while relation of diameter d of cylinder-shaped electrode to diameter D of electrode, made in form of disk, is within range 0,01≤/D≤0,3; vertical symmetry axis of cylinder-shaped electrode may pass through the center of electrode, made in form of disk; electrodes may be connected to electric voltage source; electric pulse generator may be utilized as electric voltage source; capacitive element may be connected into line of connection of cylinder-shaped electrode to voltage source; capacitive element may be in form of an antenna-ground pair.

EFFECT: increased sensitivity of device.
