FIELD: transport engineering; suspensions.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device contains upper with members for fastening to body. Flexible insert with cured-on central bushing is cured to inner surface of ring-shaped housing of upper support. Tail of strut rod is secured in central bushing. Plate-type rebound and compression stroke limiters of upper support flexible bushing are installed on rod of strut at ends of central bushing and also ring flexible member with projections arranged between peripheral flanging of plate-type rebound stroke limiter of flexible insert and upper flanging of upper support housing, support member of bearing made in form of spring cup and support of buffer and pressing bearing to thrust bushing by action of strut spring, buffer being arranged on rod under support of buffer of support member with fixing by upper part in support member. Members fastening upper support to body are rigidly connected directly to housing, support bushing of bearing being rigidly connected with lower flanging. Cup of spring and support of buffer of bearing support member are made in form of common part of homogeneous material with seat for upper part of buffer. Elastic gasket is placed in cup of spring of bearing support member between cup and spring. Said gasket is provided with screw seat for upper coil of spring. Ring flexible member with projections is made integral with flexible insert of upper support and is vulcanized to upper flanging of upper support housing.
EFFECT: improved vibration and damping properties, simplified design and improved manufacturability.
