FIELD: transport engineering; car front suspensions.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for damping vibrations of car units, particularly, to front suspension devices of cars. Proposed front suspension of car has bearing, spring, outer housing to which inner housing is cured through layer of ring-shaped elastic insert, and shank of rod secured in inner housing. Outer housing can be conical, curvilinear or broken-shape in part contacting with ring-shaped elastic bushing, and it has additionally flat horizontal part made in form of upper cup of spring. Bearing is in contact through one race with outer housing, and through other race, with cover of said race connected with car body. Rod is secured without possibility of rotation around its axis when car is running.
EFFECT: increased service lift of front suspension, effective damping of vibrations and shock and sound loads, provision of riding comfort for driver and passengers, increased service life and provision of stability in adjustment of shock absorbers.
