FIELD: medicine, physiotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: one should in combination affect with balneo-, peloido-, EHF-therapy prescribed daily. Supporting element of supinators is designed as an arch-shapely sagittally curved plate made of titanium nickelide, moreover, the plate is divided into longitudinal fragments, their ends being moved aside in direction being opposite to curvature orientation. As balneotherapy, it is necessary to apply total sodium chloride baths at concentration of 30-40 g/l, at 36-37° C, duration of about 10-12 min, about 8-10 procedures/course. EHF-therapy should be conducted due to affecting biologically active points at frequency of 40-43 HHz, duration of impact/1 biologically active point being about 4-5 min, total time for procedure corresponds to about 20-40 min, 10 procedures/course. Moreover, in case of hip joints osteoarthrosis one should affect G-29, G-30. in case of knee joints osteoarthrosis one should affect biologically active points G-41, 3E-5. AS peloidotherapy, one should use peat applications of 40-42° C onto affected joints and corresponding reflexogenic areas of vertebral column, 2-4 large joints/procedure, not more, about 20-30 min duration, about 8-10 procedures/course. The innovation enables to improve functional parameters characterizing the state of peripheral neuro-motor apparatus of limbs.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
