SUBSTANCE: in medical rehabilitation of dorsopathy patients with concomitant osteoarthrosis, prior to mud cure, magnetotherapy is conducted by pulse magnetic field: double impulses, 1300 mTl intensity, 110±10 mcs pulse duration, 20±5 Hz frequency, during 9 to 12 minutes, on areas of paravertebral muscles and muscles that move affected joints; summary number of fields being 4 to 6. 20 to 30 minutes later mud applications are conducted on affected spine parts and joints areas at temperature 30-40°C during 20 to 30 minutes. Then, 20 to 30 minutes later ultrasound therapy is conducted, 0.4-0.6 W/cm² intensity, on musculo-tendinous pain zones in lumbosacral and periarticular areas during 8 to 12 minutes; summary number of fields being 2 to 4. Complex therapy is conducted daily and includes 8 to 10 procedures.

EFFECT: pain syndrome reduction, regional blood circulation improvement, affected neuromuscular apparatus stimulation.
