FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine and is intended for treatment of vibration disease with associated spinal osteoarthrosis and osteochondrosis. Method involves simultaneous exposure to two physiotherapeutic factors by Adapton-Emit device. The device generates fluctuating current supplied to forked electrodes of four independent circuit pairs of the device, positioned across the area of wrists and affected joints, in the mode of continuous generation of complex modulated signal at first 3-4 procedures and in 'Traveling wave' mode at further procedures, with impulse signal generation, amplitude modulation and 57-30 Hz frequency, and current sufficient for moderate asynchronous vibration. Alternate magnetic field is generated by two magnetic inductors positioned in the area of affected spine segments, with magnetic flux density of 20 mT. Procedure exposure duration is 15 minutes, treatment course covers 10 days.

EFFECT: anti-inflammatory, anesthetic, antiedematous therapeutic effect on the injured spine segment area, effect on reflexogenic areas normalising arterial blood pressure.
