RUNNING TRACK FOR ROAD ON MAGNETIC SUSPENSION WITH LINEAR DRIVE WITH ELONGATED STATOR, SET OF COMPONENTS AND METHOD OF MAKING OF RUNNING TRACK Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC E01B25/32 B60L13/10

Abstract RU 2271414 C2

FIELD: rail transport systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rail tracks for transport system with linear electric drive and magnetic suspension. Proposed track has great number of beams placed along route and designed to form straight and curved sections of running track. Stator sections mounted on beams consist of straight extreme and straight middle stator packs. Middle packs in zone of curved sections of running track are laid to form outer and inner stator sections in form of polygonal line and are separated from each other by clearances. Extreme and middle stator packs have pitch tooth/slot preset relative to imaginary special curved line lying between both sections and different "ideal" lengths differing from each other by fractional part of tooth/slot pitch. Middle stator packs in at least one outer or inner stator section with account of different "ideal" length are combined so that "real" clearance between extreme stator packs and middle stator packs of said stator section have minimum possible width. Set of components for making running track for road on magnetic suspension with linear motor provided with at least two parallel stators with elongated stator has great number of middle and extreme stator packs and standard beams. According to proposed method of making running track for road with curved and straight sections which form at least two tracks, at least one first and one second standard points are placed along route with design section in between. Beams and supports for running track are provided along design section and also stators, and beams are furnished with stator packs. Distance between two standard points is such that spatial curve of track bordering by outer section of track with second standard point has length equal to whole integral multiple of chosen tooth-slot pitch for running track. Additionally, starting from first standard point, standard beams are arranged along corresponding outer sections of track and beams are arranged along corresponding inner sections of track which are shortened relative to standard beams whole integral multiple of tooth/slot pitch. Said beams are shortened so that ends relative to ends of corresponding standard beam of outer section of track are shifted maximum through half of tooth/slot pitch. All means are furnished with middle and extreme stator packs.

EFFECT: provision of economical running track with use of stator packs with insignificantly differing length, prevention of periodical changes of traction force when passing over said sections.
