FIELD: solar-power engineering, in particular, parabolocylindrical concentrators of solar energy for processing of waste products of butter-and-fats industry and production of low-freezing cooling liquids.

SUBSTANCE: the method consists in heating of butter-and-fats at a temperature of 100 to 105 C during 5 min for further processing, after that low-freezing cooling liquids are produced, to this end, the dehydrated vat waste mixed with fusel oil in relations from 90:10 to 50:50, depending on the required parameters of the product, is evaporated by light-thermal action of concentrated solar radiation at a temperature of 110 to 130C, the produced vapor is heated to a temperature of 135 to 150C, cooled down, condensated and drained into a tank as a ready-made product. The solar plant for realization of the method has a solar-power plant based on solar radiation concentrators, for example, parabolcylindrical ones, concentration Sun tracking mechanisms, tanks for collection of ready-made products, receivers-reactors in the form of a tube of transparent quartz glass with a heat-insulating screen, loading and unloading hatches, one or two sections depending on the required final product, with mixers or without them; loading tanks; tanks-portioners for ingredients; water coolers; measuring instruments.

EFFECT: produced products with a high efficiency of use of solar energy and reduced cost.
