FIELD: solar engineering; methods and the solar equipment for production of an artificial liquid fuel from carbon materials.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of solar engineering, in particular, to the methods of reprocessing and production of the artificial liquid fuel from the carbon materials of the vegetable wastes (the woodpulp, the vegetable agricultural wastes, for example, the sunflower husk, etc.) using the photothermolysis in the installations concentrating the solar radiation. The method of production of an artificial liquid fuel provides for: preparation of a charge by comminution of the vegetable wastes, their drying up to humidity of 10 %, sizing, treatment with the carbonaceous material slime, pyrolysis of the charge, the vapor-gas dehydration and a liquefaction, the light-thermal action - the photothermolysis (a photoactivation and a photodissociation) of the pyrolized gaseous products at the temperature of 200-240°C and at the atmospheric pressure with the subsequent passing through of the chemically reactive products-gasesCH4,C2H4,CnHm, CO,H,CO2, etc. - through the paraffin layer with the catalytic agent Fe at the temperature of 240°C and at the atmospheric pressure. The equipment for exercise of an method is featured also. The invention also presents the installation for realization of the method. The invention ensures expansion of the raw-material base for production of the artificial liquid fuels.
