FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed switchable electromagnetic circuit in which coils are wound in clockwise and counterclockwise directions incorporates switches installed in front of respective coils so that inductance-free lines function as points in which polarity of alternating magnetic flux can be varied by means of control currents.
EFFECT: enhanced torque due to better use of electrical energy for device functioning as motor-feeding inverter.
