FIELD: medical equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device for registration of spectral-wave characteristics of biological tissues has single crystal quartz round plate. Quartz plate with Z-cut is coated with silver layer at both sides; thickness of coating is equal or less than 0,1 mm. Plate is mounted in reflector having internal conical surface, in perpendicular to its axis of symmetry. Reflector is made of silver or other nonferrous material. Internal surface of reflector has silver coating. Coatings of quartz plate are made for measuring potential difference.

EFFECT: ability of registering potentials of spectral-wave changes in biological tissues.
