FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, particularly to technique of beam hyperpyrexic action on biotissues and aims for hyperthermia thereof by the use of polariton power with surface plasmon resonance of the introduced gold-coated quartz nanoparticles of the preset gold coating thickness of 5-20 nm. The three-mode laser-polychromatic emitter is used in the following emission modes: infra-red laser at wave length 400-1200 nm; combined infra-red laser at wave length 400-1200 nm and polychromatic emitter of total with total radiant flux at wave length 200-5000 nm and polychromatic emitter at wave length 750-900 nm. Characteristics of coherent and polychromatic emissions are preset from a condition of multiple surface plasma resonance. According to the alternative version of the invention, PEG-ylated gold-coated quartz nanoparticles are used.
EFFECT: invention enables higher heating efficiency by means of stabilising the multiple plasmon resonance ensured by increasing a number of resonant nanoparticles.
