Connecting plate 8 is installed on the ends of shaft 6 behind the first post (1) for connection to the drive mechanism clutch plate. Pulley 9 is installed behind the second post (2) for execution of additional operations with working tools. Supports 10 are fastened on both peripheral sides of each post (1) and (2) for adjusting the depth of planing by screws 11 installed in T-shaped grooves 12 of posts 1 and 2.
