SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes mixing amine and anhydride under reactive conditions. After complete dissolving of anhydride in amine, water is added. According to second version, binder contains product of reaction of amine , first anhydride, second anhydride, water and polymer resin whose mass is about 2000, preferable 300-1500 and most preferably, 500-900.
EFFECT: reduced spreadability of binder; increased average molecular mass.
