FIELD: friction control.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to antifriction coatings on boxway guides and other friction units in cutting machines operated in reverse-motion start-stop mode. Composition is made up of, wt parts: 4,4'-isopropylidenediphenol epoxide resin (ED-20) 100, aliphatic epoxide resin (E-181) 65-70, graphite 10-12, polyethylenepolyamine (as amine hardener) 33-34, and functional additive 2-4. The latter is hydrolysis product obtained from soap stocks of vegetable oils by treating them with 40% sulfuric acid.
EFFECT: reduced labor intensiveness in preparation of composition and prevented stratification of the latter on storage.
