FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antifriction polymer composition which can be used in mechanical engineering and railway transport to form protective antifriction films on metal surfaces. The composition contains a mixture which consists of, wt %: 59 to 68 epoxy-diane resin, 4 to 9 serpentine and 10 to 20 grease, cured with an amine curing agent in amount of 12 to 18 wt %. The given composition is obtained by mixing uncured epoxy-diane resin with a prepared mixture of serpentine and grease until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, with subsequent addition of an amine curing agent. Reaction between components of the composition ensures faster formation of stable antifriction films, which increase wearing resistance when deposited on metal surfaces of friction assemblies.
EFFECT: obtaining a composition with high compression strength, high ultimate load and low friction coefficient (dry friction).
