SUBSTANCE: invention includes (by weight): an epoxy-resin of 100, an active diluent of 15-20, an amine curing agent of 18-22, a graphite of 35-40, a molybdenum disulphide of 5-10, lead zirconate titanate of 200-250, and further comprises a mixture of paraffinic hydrocarbon C10H22-C11H24 and polymethylsiloxane , taken in a 5: 1 ratio by weight of 1-10, a fine fraction of aluminium hydroxide with a particle size of 0.08-0.12 mcm - 5-10. As active diluent, glycidyl ether, preferably alkyl glycidyl or aryl glycidyl or diglycidyl ether.
EFFECT: invention simplifies the process of preparing the compound by eliminating heating while blending the components.
