FIELD: petroleum processing.
SUBSTANCE: fractions of spindle oil, light machine oil, and median machine oil obtained by vacuum distillation of residual fraction of fuel hydrocracking process are subjected to catalytic dewaxing to produce fractions of light and median machine oil, which are then separately subjected to final hydrofining and processed to isolate low-boiling compounds. Following base oils are thus obtained: spindle oil, light machine oil, and median machine oil. Residual fraction is subjected to vacuum distillation using two alternate distillation modes: (i) separation into gas oil fraction, spindle oil fraction, median machine oil fraction, and first residual fraction boiling between indicated spindle oil and median machine oil fraction; and (ii) separation into one or several gas oil fractions, spindle oil fraction, machine oil fraction, and second residual fraction boiling above light machine oil fraction.
EFFECT: increased yield of oils.
