SUBSTANCE: described is a method of making base oil lubricant containing over 90 wt % saturated substances and having viscosity index greater than 90, in which the starting material used is vacuum distillation products, more specifically wax fractions with boiling point in the boiling range of base oil.
EFFECT: preparation of base oil with high content of saturated substances and high viscosity index, with high output when using vacuum distillation products as starting material.
