FIELD: manufacture of engines; fuel equipment of internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrically-controlled injector has body to which atomizer with taper seat and cylindrical shut-off lock is secured by means of nut; it has lower head made in form of truncated cone for sealing over external contour. Atomizing orifices of atomizer are located above taper seat of lock separating atomizing orifices from fuel delivery chamber which is hydraulically connected with accumulator mounted in body by means of axial and radial passages in lock and high-pressure passage. Spring-loaded force compensator made in form of cylindrical precision pair with body rests against upper end face of lock. Upper end face of force compensator is hydraulically connected with compensator. Lower end face of force compensator and upper end face of lock are mechanically connected by means of cylindrical pusher forming precision pair together with body. Diameter of cylindrical pusher is lesser than that of force compensator. Body has bore in zone of force compensator which is hydraulically connected with return line at one end by means of one passage and with chamber where upper end face of lock and lower end face of cylindrical pusher are located. Chamber where lower end face of force compensator and upper end face of cylindrical pusher are located is hydraulically connected with side bore in body by means of passage. Secured to end wall of side bore in body is sleeve with multi-layer drive made from piezo-electric material located inside it. Side bore in body is hydraulically connected with return line through normally open air bleeder. Valve which is spring-loaded on side of control cone is made in form of cylindrical precision pair with body and is provided with inner passages with built-in throttle valve of small diameter; they hydraulically connect side bore in body with side in body of device located below valve seat. Side bore in body is connected with respective fuel consumption source for preliminary filling of it with fuel and compensating for unavoidable leakage through check valve.
EFFECT: simplified construction of injector; enhanced operational reliability; enhanced adjustment of internal combustion engine.
