FIELD: air conditioning.
SUBSTANCE: method and device can be used as in industrial building and in dwelling-houses. Method includes mixing of external and internal air, liquid spraying, and air moisturizing, automatic regulation of air parameters. Spraying is carried by sending pulses of warm water into twisted air flux. Required temperature of air heating is achieved due to heating of internal air at its temperature being lower than required value. If temperature of air is higher than required value the internal and external air is subject to mixing. Moisturizing is carried till achieving level of required humidity of air in the room. Simultaneously with spraying of liquid and moisturizing, internal air is subject till temperature of air being lower than required value for the premises corresponding to necessary subsequent drying. Spraying is performed into twisted air flux by mixture of continuously re-circulating cold water. Air is moisturized till achieving value of 100% relative humidity. After that air is subject to heating till achieving required temperature of premises. Air humidity in premises is regulated by changing 100% air humidity due to temperature of liquid sprayed. Air conditioning system has fan, chamber for mixing external and internal air flows with supply air conducts, cold water sprinkling circuit provided with injectors, which circuit is connected with re-circulation pipe-line and cold water conduit by means of pump. System also has control devices and temperature and humidity detectors connected with actuating mechanisms of actuator valves. Mixing chamber is made cyclone-formed to have tangential input air conducts and central output branch pipe. Chamber is also provided with additional hot water sprinkling circuit and with electromagnet valve. Both circuits are disposed higher than tangential air conducts. Air heater is mounted behind the chamber. Temperature detector is disposed in front of air heater. Temperature detector is connected with cold water and air valves regulator. There are temperature and humidity detectors in the premises. The detectors are connected with air heater, hot water valve and air valves.
EFFECT: improved efficiency of heat- and mass exchange processes; reduced power intensity.
