FIELD: spraying liquids; air-conditioning systems; cooling towers for cooling air and liquids.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in delivery of liquid in widening flow, forming the peripheral twisted flow and central axial flow of liquid, mixing these flows and compression and spraying from nozzle in form of solid cone. In spraying the liquid, the peripheral flow is set in helical rotation. Central axial flow is rotated in opposite direction relative to peripheral flow forming solid and finely-dispersed spraying of liquid. Zone of action of axial flow is limited by diameter of injector outlet nozzle.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency; improved quality of spraying; increased productivity of injector; reduced hydraulic losses.
