FIELD: ventilation.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ventilation and air conditioning systems with modes of regenerative heat recovery and can be used to create comfortable microclimate conditions in residential, administrative and industrial premises. Air conditioner with vortex elements containing a mixing chamber, a heater and an irrigation unit, a supply fan that supplies air to the room through the air distributor, and a sensor that registers humidity is installed in the conditioned room, and a temperature sensor, a heat exchanger installed in the mixing chamber with a confuser and a tangential pipe, and the air is processed in an apparatus for heat and air treatment, consisting of two steps: first stage is a multifunctional device with counter-swirling flows and is designed to clean recirculated air from dust, as well as to humidify the air, and includes a housing with a container for collecting liquid, in which there is a pump with a filter for recirculating fluid through the pipeline and feeding it through valves to the irrigation unit, which is made in the form of two circular tubular collectors with nozzles evenly distributed on the inner surface, and the pipeline for recycling fluid contains a control valve-mixer for connection to the water supply system through a pipeline to the source of chilled water from the chiller. Nozzle for tubular collectors is equipped with a sprayer disc and contains a cylindrical housing with a fitting, rigidly connected to the housing and coaxially located in the upper part of the housing and having a cylindrical opening for supplying liquid, connected to a diffuser, an axisymmetric housing and fitting, while in the lower part of the cylindrical opening a hollow conical swirler is fixed, conical shell of which is fixed by means of at least three spokes fixed at one end on the conical side of the swirler in its upper part and at the other end in an annular groove made on the inner surface of the cylindrical hole, on the outer surface of the hollow conical swirl through screw cutting is made, and to the body, in its lower part, a sprayer is connected by means of at least three spokes located perpendicular to the axis of the body and made in the form of a solid disk, the disk of the sprayer is formed by two surfaces, one of which is facing the diffuser, a curved surface, the line forming this surface being a curve of the nth order, and the second is a plane, and the nozzle sprayer disk is formed by two congruent and equidistant surfaces of the n-th order, and the spokes, by means of which the sprayer disk is attached to the body, are straight or curved in shape.
EFFECT: improving the efficiency of heat and humidity air treatment, saving energy resources, simplifying the design of air conditioning systems, their installation and maintenance.
