SUBSTANCE: the pack includes a cylindrical body with centering components and inlet and outlet nozzles. The novelty is in the fact that several diffusers with smooth walls are alternately installed in the cylindrical body, and converging tubes with rough walls are placed between them, the converging tubes are provided with sharp out in the form of the cut of a bastard file or perforation with torn bulges in the form of a grinder.
