FIELD: blasting operations. SUBSTANCE: device has discharge chamber provided with unit for formation of two-phase flow connected with charging pipeline, suction branch pipe with valve and ejector for setting up rare- faction in discharge chamber and suction branch pipe. Device has vessel for saltpeter and vessel for oil product, and control unit. Suction pipeline is connected with pipeline supplying oil product by means of pump with pneumatic actuator. Control unit includes flow rate transducer which consists of bell-crank whose one arm carries blade installed in suction pipeline at angle to its axis, and the other arm in form of rod is located in chamber between ball and spring. Ball closes calibrated hole to which variable throttling valve supplying compressed air from pressure stabilizer is connected. Pump consists of cylinder with piston separating cylinder into two chambers. Each chamber through suction diodes (check valves) is communicated with vessel for oil product, and through pressure diodes, with suction branch pipe. Pneumatic actuator is switched over by means of pneumatic relay whose gate is switched over by means of membrane block whose hollow rod is connected through time delay member with rod of pneumatic actuator.
