FIELD: technology for displaying state of reflective and thin light-penetrable objects.

SUBSTANCE: method includes irradiating the object with coherent light, generating its speckle image, registration of it by video camera, digitizing and serial memorization of digital images. Synchronously with video input surface distribution of characteristic of inter-frame correlation of video signal is measured, appropriate for inter-frame range of display of programmed length, and utilized for displaying state of object. Local characteristics of inter-frame decorrelation of video signal are measured synchronously with video input in each point of image on basis of integration within limits of inter-frame range of displaying of current values of number of one-directional inter-frame transitions of video signal through given counting threshold, serially counted in elementary inter-frame ranges. Average threshold is set as level of current value of video signal, averaged by spatial adjacent area of displayed point of the object.

EFFECT: improved precision of state displaying, decreased requirements to stability of phase-amplitude distribution used for this lighting, improved information capacity.
