FIELD: flaw detection, mechanical tests of materials, study and test of stress-deformed states. SUBSTANCE: in agreement with process deformed surface is periodically illuminated by repeating sequences of pulse waves of coherent light with differing amplitude-phase distributions superseding one another with frequency of video input. Pulse waves are formed on illuminated surface by statistically independent speckle structures. Charts of selective mutual decorrelation are computed for pairs of video images formed by illumination by waves with identical amplitude-phase distributions, then they are additionally averaged by ensemble of illuminating waves specified by program. EFFECT: raised accuracy and informativity of display of localization zones of deformation, accelerated procedure of aposteriori optimization of image. 2 dwg
