FIELD: study and test of stressed-deformed conditions, technological control in process of deformation transformation of solids, flaw detection and mechanical tests of materials. SUBSTANCE: assemblage of identical diffraction-limited images of surface with statistically independent speckle structures is formed in each cycle of digital video recording simultaneously. Charts of selective mutual decorrelation are computed separately per corresponding components of these assemblages different by recording time, they are averaged by ensemble of components and averaged chart is used to present localization zones of surface deformation. Device for implementation of process has source of coherent radiation, optical system for illumination of examined surface, surface telerecording system, digital input/output unit and computer connected to display coupled in series. Surface telerecording system can simultaneously record assemblages of diffraction-limited images with statistically mutually independent speckle structures by variants of multiangle and/or color telephotography.
