SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with technology for manufacturing products of children nutrition due to cooking groats to a pulp in pectin-containing water at the quantity being 0.5-1.5% by weight followed by mixing it with fruit-vegetable puree and a preparation obtained out of Mortierella alliaceae micromycete biomass according to the preset technique at the quantity of 0.01-0.02% against the weight of the mixture under manufacturing, homogenization and drying. The innovation suggested enables to improve the quality of the target product, avoid its lumpiness during storage period in nonhermetic package.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of manufacturing.
