FIELD: production of infant foods.
SUBSTANCE: method involves cooking groats in water with pectin added in an amount of 0.5-1.5 wt%; mixing cooked groats with fruit and vegetable pulp; during mixing procedure introducing preparation produced by predetermined process from Mortierella humilis micromycet biomass in an amount of 0.01-0.02% by weight of mixture; homogenizing and drying. Ready product does not cake during storage in unsealed package.
EFFECT: improved quality of base product.
